About
Laura Emma Hansen studied photojournalism at the FH Hannover. In parallel to her studies she explored her interest in film by working in various positions on film and TV sets. As a result, she furthered her studies to delve into the world of the moving image by attending the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne with a focus on Cinematography between 2012 and 2019.
Her latest works include „Mit eigenen Augen“, a feature documentary that observes the daily work of the editors of the renowned German political TV show „Monitor“ and „The Ghosts We Left At Home“ a short film shot in Jordan as her graduation project.
